Préparation :
Faites tremper les lentilles pendant 6 h.
Faites cuire les lentilles à l'eau pendant 30 min.
Chauffez l'huile dans une casserole.
Ajoutez les oignons ciselés, l'ail, le gingembre écrasé et le thym. Laissez cuire pendant 2 min.
Versez les lentilles et les maniocs en cubes. Laissez cuire pendant 10 min, en remuant de temps en temps.
Servez avec du poisson grillé.
