Ingrédients
- 1 cuillère à soupe d’ail écrasé
- 50 ml d’eau chaude
- 100 ml de vinaigre d’alcool
- 100 ml d’eau froide
- 1 cuillère à café de miel
- 1 Cuillère à soupe d’oignon vert finement haché
- ½ cuillère à café de sel
Préparation
Mélanger le miel dans 50 ml d’eau chaude jusqu’à complète dissolution.
Ajouter le vinaigre puis l’ail pilé.
Ajouter le vinaigre puis l'ail écrasé.
Bien mélanger et amalgamer.
Ajouter 100 ml d’eau froide, le sel et les oignons verts finement hachés.
Bien mélanger. Laisser reposer pendant une heure avant de servir.
Peut être conservé au réfrigérateur dans un bocal hermétique, pour utilisation ultérieure.
